How a referral works
1. Call or text us
Share the pickup, destination, date and time. Call, WhatsApp, or text 816-500-9090.
2. Tell us what they need
Wheelchair type, stairs at home, weight, oxygen or other equipment, and who to contact in the family.
3. We confirm and show up
We confirm the ride with your team and the family, then handle it door-to-door.
Private-pay only
Golden Assisted Transportation is a private-pay service. We do not bill Medicaid, Medicare or insurance, and we are not part of any broker network. Patients and families book and pay us directly.
