Door-to-door rides for Blue Springs seniors

Golden Assisted Transportation is a family-owned, private-pay service on the Missouri side of the metro, and Blue Springs is one of the first communities on our list. We help passengers from inside their home, into our wheelchair-accessible van, and into their destination, whether that is a few minutes up the road or across Kansas City.

We can take you to St. Mary’s Medical Center on NW R.D. Mize Road, to doctor and specialist offices around town, and to nearby hospitals such as Centerpoint Medical Center in Independence and Saint Luke’s East in Lee’s Summit.

Blue Springs has dialysis clinics on NE Adams Dairy Parkway and NW R.D. Mize Road. If you or a parent goes several times a week, tell us the days and times once and we keep the same pickup on the calendar, so you never have to rebook.

Trips into Kansas City and to the airport

Specialist visits downtown, treatment at the larger Kansas City hospitals, or a flight out of MCI: we handle the drive door-to-door, so nobody has to find parking or push a wheelchair across a garage.

Errands and getting out

Not every ride is medical. Groceries, the pharmacy, church, an afternoon at Vesper Hall (the city’s nationally accredited senior center), or a visit with family. The everyday trips matter too.
