Door-to-door rides for Lee’s Summit seniors

Lee’s Summit is one of the communities we put first. Golden Assisted Transportation is a family-owned, private-pay service on the Missouri side of the metro, and we help passengers from inside their home, into our wheelchair-accessible van, and into their destination.

Hospitals and appointments

We can take you to Saint Luke’s East Hospital on NE Saint Luke’s Boulevard, Lee’s Summit Medical Center, and doctor and specialist offices around town, as well as hospitals in Independence, Blue Springs and across Kansas City.

Dialysis on a standing schedule

Lee’s Summit has dialysis clinics on SE Blue Parkway, NW Shamrock Avenue and NE Missouri Road. Tell us the treatment days and times once and we keep the same pickup on the calendar every week.

Senior communities and outings

Whether you live at home or in a senior community such as John Knox Village, we can get you to appointments, programs at the Gamber Community Center, church, shopping, or a family visit.

Trips into Kansas City and to the airport

Specialist visits downtown, treatment at the larger Kansas City hospitals, or a flight out of MCI: we handle the drive door-to-door, so nobody has to find parking or push a wheelchair across a garage.
